We charge $19.95 to diagnose a system and find out what is wrong with it. If the fix requires parts and labor we will call you first to let you know what will be required to fix it in addition to the diagnostics. We do not perform additional work without written or verbal authorization from the client. If the problem is already known then call us for an estimate for repair. Please have your Manufacturer and model number information handy when calling. If the problem can be fixed with diagnostics then there will be no additional charge for the repair.
